SHIPPING POLICIES
Rush Delivery will be determined by weight of order.
All Orders will be charged shipping based upon weight.
APO & FPO orders require shipment via USPS.
Orders with a shipping address to a P.O. box will not be fulfilled.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska REQUIRE 2nd Day Air shipping and those charges are incurred by you.
Select products are prohibited in certain geographic areas.
promusclegear is not responsible for customs clearance and knowledge of supplement regulations.
All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours via UPS ground. (subject to product availability) For USPS orders, additional shipping charges will apply. We are only able to use USPS for APO/FPO orders…no exceptions.
Also, if you place an order and it gets shipped and then you call or e-mail for us to have the address changed while in transit or the order is sent back to us, there will be a charge of $10 plus the restocking fee on an order being sent back. This is what UPS charges us so we have to pass it on.
RETURNS POLICY
All customers must have a return authorization number for any return issue such as damaged, incorrect order or dissatisfacation.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or customer(end user) dissatisfaction.
no returns on opened products
All problems with orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product.
Orders sent back without return authorization number may be refused.
25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Shipping charges will not be refunded
Any returned products or damaged products must be received by us before any credits or product are reshipment.
DAMAGES
Promusclegear is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not ship drinks in glass containers – no exceptions.
